<statement>Para a construção do risco ecológico foi utilizada a Equação Universal de Perda de Solos – EUPS (USLE, em inglês), desenvolvida por Wischmeier &amp; Smith (1978).
A erodibilidade das principais classes de solos foi calculada com base em Chaves (2006):
K = 0,00043 (AF + SIL) / CO + 0,000437 AR + 0,000863 SIL (R2 =0,90) [1] Onde: K = erodibilidade do solo (t h MJ-1 mm -1 ); AF = % de areia fina do horizonte A do solo; SIL = % de silte do horizonte A do solo; CO = % de carbono orgânico do horizonte A do solo; AR = % de areia total do horizonte A do solo;
Para cálculo do fator de erosividade da chuva foi utilizado a referência de Lombardi &amp; Bertoni que estabeleceram em 1991 a equação &#119878;&#119904; = &#119870; + &#119879; + &#119863;⁄3
